Postpartum, breastfeeding support & general health

Supporting you in the transition to parenthood and beyond.

Postpartum and breastfeeding care

The transition to parenthood can be confronting and babies certainly don’t come with a manual!

In the early months and beyond, naturopathic care can help with:

  • Breastfeeding — sore/cracked nipples, recurrent mastitis, nipple vasospasm, tongue/lip tie, nipple thrush, latching issues, low milk supply.
I also have a Certificate IV in Breastfeeding Education (Counselling).
  • Mood, stress management and mental health for mum.
