Please note- all new massage client and initial naturopathy consultation bookings will receive an email which includes an intake form that is required to be filled out prior to your visit; as well as your Zoom link if you have booked an online consultation.

If you do not receive this within 1 hour of booking, please check your junk folder first, before contacting me at hello@charlotteingram.com.au

Please note:-masks are strongly recommended to be worn in the clinic 

-cold and flu symptoms- do not attend the clinic.  For a naturopathy appointment, please make contact to arrange an online/phone appointment. For a massage appointment, please make contact to reschedule as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

  • Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone an appointment; otherwise you will be charged 50% of the consultation fee.
  • 100% of the consultation fee is charged for non attendance.

  • Cold and flu symptoms- do not attend the clinic, even if you have a negative PCR or rapid antigen test result.
